Lake Shore Gold, part of Pan American Silver, is looking for a dedicated Mill Operator to work at the Bell Creek Complex. The position follows a 5-5-4 rotation with 12-hour shifts. You'll play a key role in operating the crushing process to meet ore quality demands while ensuring all safety protocols are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Crushing Circuit equipment efficiently

• Perform equipment inspections and maintenance

• Adjust operations based on performance analytics

• Document daily operations accurately

• Communicate professionally with team members

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety

• Experience with crushing and conveying equipment

• Ability to troubleshoot effectively

• Prepared to relocate to the Timmins area
