IAMGOLD is looking for two Mill Trainers to support mill operations training at Côté Gold. This role is essential for promoting safe working practices and developing employee competencies through effective instructional methods. You'll be pivotal in shaping a safety-focused culture and ensuring all team members are well-trained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mill operations training through various formats

• Observe and evaluate employee performance and safety practices

• Collaborate with operations and safety teams for effective training

• Develop training resources and competency assessments

• Encourage continuous improvement in training programs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 5-7 years of relevant mill operations experience

• Completion of Ontario Mill Common Core preferred

• Proven experience in employee training and evaluation

• Knowledgeable in safety regulations and best practices
