In this influential supervisory position, you will guide the TMP manufacturing processes by managing a team focused on exceeding production goals. Responsibilities include improving operational capabilities, coordinating staff assignments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Your role will be key in driving profitability and sustainability within the mill.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction for TMP production processes
• Oversee staffing and crew operational plans weekly
• Execute cost-reduction initiatives in pulp manufacturing
• Conduct regular training sessions for operators
• Direct health, safety, and environmental compliance trainings
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Educational background in Engineering or an equivalent field
• Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
• English proficiency;
French considered an asset
• Knowledge in budgeting and process management
