Entry Level Production Operator ’Gic

Contribute to A’Gic's mission as a Production Floor Operator in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Focus on producing sustainable, modular homes in a dynamic manufacturing environment with comprehensive training.

In this role, you will collaborate on the production floor of A’Gic to enhance the workflow in panel production and quality assurance. Open to entry-level applicants, this position prioritizes safety and effective teamwork while providing an inclusive working atmosphere. You will receive extensive training to master various production functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment

• Join and assemble components for modular housing

• Verify incoming materials and assist in logistics

• Follow workplace safety and quality control measures

• Engage in training for personal and professional development

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in construction or industrial settings a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills required

• Mechanical aptitude is advantageous

• Must be physically able to perform the job tasks
