Asphalt Plant Operator at GIP

Be part of GIP's mission to enhance infrastructure as an Asphalt Plant Operator. Engage in production, quality control, and equipment operations in a rotating shift environment.

At Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP), the Asphalt Plant Operator will report directly to the Project Supervisor. You will produce asphalt products, conduct quality control tests, and manage documentation. Additional responsibilities include material handling, equipment operation, and maintaining site cleanliness during both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce asphalt emulsion and cutback products

• Conduct quality control tests and document results

• Load and unload asphalt materials using heavy machinery

• Operate forklift and skid steer effectively

• Maintain cleanliness of plant and equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or related college diploma

• Experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment preferred

• Mechanical aptitude for equipment operation

• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently

• Valid Driver's License and safety awareness
