As a new Process Operator, you’ll undergo a dedicated Mill Line of Progression that fosters skill development in various operational tasks. You will learn to operate equipment, monitor processes, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Safety training and compliance with regulations are crucial to fulfilling your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and assist with mill start-ups

• Conduct routine inspections and ensure housekeeping

• Support material handling and emergency management

• Engage in scheduled training and cross-training

• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain production

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to participate in MTCU training modules

• Previous experience in mining/industrial environments is advantageous
