Position: Part Time Practical Nurse Opportunity

As a Practical Nurse, you'll follow established nursing guidelines while assessing and implementing care plans for residents. You'll work closely with a team to monitor health changes and effectively communicate updates. Your compassion and organizational skills will be integral in providing enriching care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report vital signs and patient symptoms

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

• Foster strong relationships with residents and their families

Requirements:

• Valid certificate from accredited nursing programs

• Registration or eligibility with provincial institutions

• Experience in managing care for cognitively impaired patients

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven planning and time management experience
