Training will be provided, allowing newly registered nurses to excel in this supportive environment. Your qualifications must include Nurse Certification and a valid CNO, alongside a compassionate approach to patient care and health support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care according to individualized client care plans

• Assess and monitor clients' health and medication needs

• Maintain high standards in infection prevention practices

• Coordinate care with families and healthcare teams

• Keep accurate and confidential records of client care

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Certification and registration with CNO

• Valid Tuberculosis tests and criminal record check

• Strong assessment and problem-solving capability

• Physical readiness to assist with client mobility

• Good verbal and written English skills;
