Position: Full-Time LPN/RPN Needed at Extendicare
Location: kapuskasing

In this position, you will manage daily nursing responsibilities aligned with established practices and physicians' orders. Your involvement in assessing and creating care plans will significantly influence patient outcomes. You'll actively monitor health and record vital signs while ensuring compliance with nursing techniques and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care that meets established standards

• Collaborate in developing and reviewing resident care plans

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes

• Maintain accurate records of vital signs and symptoms

• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols
Requirements:

• Current nursing competency certificate

• Registration with provincial nursing institutions

• Experience in long-term care or community settings preferred

• Familiarity with issues related to cognitive impairment

• Strong listening and communication skills
