Northern College is looking for two Nurse Practitioners to assess and manage the health needs of patients effectively.

Your role will emphasize diagnosis, medication management, and health promotion within a collaborative framework. Proficiency in EMR technology and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the primary care needs of a diverse patient roster

• Support health education and promotion initiatives

• Diagnose and interpret medical tests to guide patient care

• Maintain clinical skills and competencies in NP practice

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Master of Nursing – Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner

• At least 4 years of nursing experience

• Registered with CNO as a Nurse Practitioner

• Member of Physician Practitioners’ Association of Ontario

• Knowledge of health and social systems essential
