CMHA Cochrane-Timiskaming is hiring a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse for its Assertive Community Treatment Team. This position focuses on the delivery of services to clients battling addictions and serious mental health issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the coordination of comprehensive nursing care
• Implement standards based on mental health legislation
• Navigate crisis situations with professionalism
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for client support
• Develop individualized care plans for clients
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse degree or Registered Practical Nurse diploma
• At least three years of mental health experience
• Familiarity with Ontario's mental health legislation
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
