In this full-time position, you'll report to the Director of Care, collaborating with medical and nursing staff to address residents' health needs.

Your role involves initiating treatment plans, conducting medication reviews, and delivering nursing consultations, all while ensuring compliance with health care standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support resident safety initiatives

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and communicate with physicians

• Develop and review treatment and care plans

• Participate in policy development and provide nursing consultations

• Ensure adherence to College of Nurses Standards of Practice

Requirements:

• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 2 years clinical experience in geriatric client care

• Advanced decision-making skills in health care management

• Familiarity with Point Click Care and interRAI

• Proof of Professional Liability Protection
