We are currently looking for Registered Nurses to join us, for casual work, in our oral surgery practice.
Responsibilities:- preparation of equipment and medications for surgical procedures
- review patient history and conductpre-operatory assessment
- continuous patient care during sedation while monitoring vital signs and assisting as required
- post-operative patient care in preparation fordischarge
- complete all necessary documentation for patient records
- must be licensed as a Registered Nursed in accordance with the provincial guidelines
- must have BLS and ACLS
- strong communication skills (written andverbal)
- ability to take initiative, work independently and work effectively in a team environment
- previous experience in oral surgery, emergencyroom, ICU, PACU or critical care is an asset
Very casual schedule, excellent compensation, great environment.
