You will collaborate with the VP People and Occupational Health Coordinator while providing on-site nursing care, assessments, and health counselling.
Your role supports both occupational and non-occupational health needs, focusing on safety, compliance, and efficient return-to-work strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide immunizations and manage health counselling services
• Conduct health assessments for injuries and illnesses
• Implement care plans and manage disability cases
• Conduct pre-employment health assessments and TB testing
• Maintain records for nursing care administered
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) certification preferred
• 2 to 5 years of occupational health experience
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Bilingualism in English/French is an asset
