Position: Nurse Practitioner with Management Role
Services de santé de Chapleau Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Manager to fill a vital role at the Foleyet Nursing Station. This temporary full-time position focuses on community care and nursing leadership.

In this role, you will utilize your nursing expertise alongside your management skills. Candidates should bring three to five years of community experience and a solid understanding of nursing assessment and treatment methods. Interpersonal skills will be critical in fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and treatments

• Oversee nursing staff and promote effective teamwork

• Manage community health programs and resources

• Ensure adherence to healthcare guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and NP certification

• Valid certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Active membership in nursing associations

• Bilingualism in French and English is advantageous

• Capable of operating independently with minimal guidance
