You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental mandates, along with delivering site orientations and records management. This position requires a leader who excels in mentorship and training, ensuring all employees are well-equipped and knowledgeable about safety practices and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Work with clients to maintain site-specific safety standards

• Conduct thorough training evaluations and orientation sessions

• Develop training materials and safe work procedures

• Monitor employee training requirements and recertifications

Requirements:

• 10+ years of underground mining experience

• 2+ years in a safety training role

• Valid Hard Rock Miner certification is a must

• Proven experience in training mining equipment operators

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
