Cote Gold invites applications for a Common Core Specialist with a dedication to validating competencies within a 24-month fixed term. This role oversees training governance and ensures accurate documentation of competency signs and training efficacy. As the designated Site Signing Authority, you will play a critical role in workplace observations and guiding trainees towards achieving operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Site Signing Authority for competency verification

• Perform field observations to assess trainee capabilities

• Manage and document accurate training records for compliance

• Identify necessary corrective actions when competencies fall short

• Collaborate with operational teams to enhance training strategies

Requirements:

• Relevant education in mining or related fields

• Demonstrated operational experience in mining

• Understanding of competency validation processes

• Skills in reviewing and maintaining training records

• Experience in training roles or as a mentor is advantageous
