Quality Assurance Coordinator Role

In this role, you'll work under the Regional Quality Manager, liaising with corporate HSEQ teams and operations. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, you'll maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and oversee document control processes. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and quality performance significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Coordinate both internal and external quality audits

• Act as the primary contact for customer complaints

• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics

• Support training initiatives to promote quality awareness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• 3-5 years' experience in quality management systems

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and more

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
