• Drive operational excellence in areas such as visual merchandising, customer service, back room operations, and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations by providing clear updates and ensuring team alignment.
• Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while encouraging collaboration and training Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhance the store’s brand and value strategy by creating eye-catching merchandise displays in key areas.

• Relevant
  
  Experience:
  
  1–2 years in retail or service with a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes.
