We are hiring Casual Armed Driver Cash Transporters for our Cash Services division at our branch in Timmins, ON

Qualified candidates will receive a $2k Sign On Bonus when hired with Garda World Cash.

What you’ll be doing

• Drivers perform the pickups and delivery of values safely and efficiently for each client
• Reload or perform minor repairs on ABM (automated banking machine) from various financial institutions
• Drivers ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and customers
• Follow established routes and schedules closely
• Drive an armored vehicle and respect road safety at all times
• Load and unload the armored vehicle
• Complete the necessary daily reports and paperwork
• Respect the procedures and regulations initiated by Garda World

What we’re looking for

• Possess the restricted and non-restricted Federal Firearms License (PAL: Possession and Acquisition License)
• Have a valid Full G class driver's license with a maximum of 3 demerit points
• Capable to lift loads up to 50 pounds
• Available to work on-call for evenings, nights and or weekend shifts with no minimum guaranteed hours
• Reliable, conscientious, responsible, and committed to safe job performance
• Customer service oriented and skillful in managing stressful situations
• Highly organized and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and capable to cope with pressure and tight timelines
