Work Setting:
Private Security Agency, Mine/Energy Site

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day security and safety operations. Supervise and support security staff on shift. Prepare and manage shift schedules. Conduct training and onboarding for new guards. Coordinate and participate in Health & Safety meetings. Control site access and enforce security protocols. Complete administrative duties, reports, and incident documentation. Monitor surveillance systems and perform site patrols.

Conditions:

Outdoor and indoor work environments. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Shift
: 5-5-4 rotation (days or nights)

Wage
: $23.50 - $27.50

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
• Valid Criminal Background Check (completed in the past 3 months)
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to respond to emergencies and lead under pressure
• Customer service and conflict resolution experience
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Minimum of 18 years of age

• Minimum 2–4 years of security experience, preferably in an industrial, mine, or energy environment
• Prior supervisory or lead-hand experience required
