As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the security team. Key functions include preparing shift schedules, conducting training sessions, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
Your role will also cover site access control, emergency response readiness, and report writing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support security staff on shift
• Prepare and manage shift schedules for effectiveness
• Conduct onboarding and training for new employees
• Control site access and enforce protocols
• Complete administrative duties and incident documentation
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License is essential
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• 2–4 years of relevant security experience
• First Aid & CPR Certification necessary
• Criminal Background Check completed in the past 3 months
