In this role, you will oversee both indoor and outdoor security operations. As the Security Team Lead, your responsibilities include supervising security personnel, managing schedules, and conducting health and safety meetings. You will also monitor surveillance systems and perform regular patrols to maintain safety protocols on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day security operations effectively
• Prepare and manage shift schedules for team
• Lead training and onboarding for new security personnel
• Enforce security protocols and control site access
• Complete reports and documentation of incidents
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required
• 2-4 years in the security field preferred
• Strong communication skills a must
• First Aid & CPR Certification needed
• Recent Criminal Background Check within 3 months
