• Oversee day‑to‑day security and safety operations.
• Supervise and support security staff on shift.
• Prepare and manage shift schedules.
• Conduct training and onboarding for new guards.
• Coordinate and participate in Health & Safety meetings.
• Control site access and enforce security protocols.
• Complete administrative duties, reports, and incident documentation.
• Monitor surveillance systems and perform site patrols.

• Outdoor and indoor work environments.
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Shift: 5-5-4 rotation (days or nights)

Wage: $23.50 – $27.50 per hour

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
• Valid Criminal Background Check (completed in the past 3 months)
• Strong communication and report‑writing skills
• Ability to respond to emergencies and lead under pressure
• Customer service and conflict resolution experience
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Minimum 2–4 years of security experience, preferably in an industrial, mine, or energy environment
• Prior supervisory or lead‑hand experience required
