Lake Shore Gold is seeking a full-time Safety and Training Manager for Timmins Operations. This role requires 10+ years of mining experience, alongside safety and training management expertise. You will drive compliance, promote a safety culture, and oversee training programs while contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive safety culture across all sites

• Lead the implementation of training and safety programs

• Deliver training on safe operating procedures

• Monitor training compliance for all personnel

• Conduct regular training audits and site inspections

Requirements:

• 10+ years mining experience, especially underground

• 10+ years in safety and training management

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Organizational skills for multiple training schedules

• CRSP designation preferred, experience with safety programs
