Asset Protection Investigator

Successful candidates must possess valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications and previous experience in asset protection or tactical guarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patrons for security-related risks

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure safety

• Collaborate with site management to uphold security standards

• Handle interactions with patrons exhibiting unusual behaviors

• Maintain detailed reports and notes of incidents

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications

• Prior experience in asset protection or tactical roles

• Familiarity with the Criminal Code of Canada

• Strong ability to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations

• Flexible availability for shifts and weekends
