Position: Timmins Asset Protection Investigator Role

This position requires full-time availability (24-30 hours per week) with sporadic weekend duties. Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications are essential, along with relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze shopper behavior for potential security threats

• Provide quality customer service to all patrons

• Work closely with site management to maintain high security levels

• Address difficult interactions with patrons effectively

• Produce detailed reports and maintain documentation

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications

• Experience in tactical guarding or asset protection

• Understanding of the Criminal Code of Canada

• Proven de-escalation skills in challenging situations

• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends
