Position: Security Guard Role with Sword Security
Location: Kirkland Lake

Step into a critical role as a Security Guard at Sword Security in Englehart. Your passion for delivering exceptional service will ensure a safe environment for all.

The Security Guard will monitor site access, safeguard vital production areas, and engage in emergency response. This position requires a strong background in security or police work, with responsibilities including conducting searches and managing theft prevention. You will also play a role in training team members on security practices and maintaining daily security documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate site access for employees

• Protect production areas and assets

• Assist in emergency response and medical transport

• Conduct searches and support investigations

• Maintain compliance and document security processes

Requirements:

• Valid Security Guard License from Ontario

• First Aid Certificate and a clean driver's record

• Minimum 1 to 5 years in security or police roles

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office required

• Must have weekend availability
