Allied Universal seeks a Security Professional dedicated to maintaining safety and security. This full-time position requires a valid Ontario security guard license and G Class driver's license, along with strong conflict management and customer service skills. You will execute patrols, oversee access control, and ensure the facility adheres to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control access to the facility and monitor security systems
• Present a professional and customer-friendly image
• Manage and deescalate conflicts and incidents
• Conduct indoor and outdoor patrols as required
• Maintain meticulous records and write detailed reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 25 years of age
• Valid Ontario security guard and G Class driver's licenses
• First Aid and CPR, advanced certification preferred
• Experience with report writing and CCTV monitoring
• High school diploma or equivalent
