Restorative Justice Youth Engagement Specialist

This full-time position is integral to the Youth Justice Team, focusing on supporting youth in the criminal justice system. Responsibilities include delivering critical intervention services aimed at enhancing social skills and emotional coping. You will engage with families to foster accountability, wellness, and safe communities through various restorative justice approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support young individuals within the justice system
• Facilitate development of emotional and social capabilities
• Implement restorative justice strategies effectively
• Manage court-mandated attendance initiatives
• Drive mental health diversion programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology or Social Work preferred
• Experience with youth crime legislation
• Strong skills in communication and analysis
• Must be flexible with work hours and travel
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
Contribute to youth empowerment and community safety with NEOFACS's impactful initiatives.
