This role contributes significantly to employee well-being across diverse industrial, office, and manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build caring relationships with employees and leaders

• Offer onsite chaplain care and pastoral support

• Provide confidential emotional and spiritual assistance

• Respond to crises and family emergencies with compassion

• Maintain strong communication with employees and leadership

Requirements:

• 5–7 years full-time secular workplace experience

• Bachelor's degree in biblical studies or related field

• Strong Christian faith with servant leadership commitment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
