FedEx Seasonal Delivery Courier

Join Fed Ex Canada as a Seasonal Delivery Courier, managing pick-up and delivery operations. This role is temporary, extending up to 12 weeks based on business needs.

In this role, you will maintain professionalism while ensuring quick and safe deliveries. Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and effectively report on package checks and compliance with Fed Ex standards. Responsibilities also include secure handling of packages and operational duties related to loading and delivery protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely pick-up and deliver packages on specified routes

• Verify shipment compliance with Fed Ex features of service

• Load vehicles and plan routes efficiently

• Provide customer service and assist with inquiries

• Operate tracking systems for accurate data input

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Customer service experience preferred

• Must possess a valid Class G driving license

• Saturday availability required during operations

• Meet training and operational compliance requirements
