Reports to: Manager, Warehouse Operations
Shift: Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday
Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 3‑year provincial driving record will be required
Travel: 100% on site role- BIBO from Timmins to Detour Lake Mine
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation

• Process orders and maintain accuracy in a computerized inventory system
• Handle shipping, receiving, tracking, and proper storage of parts
• Operate forklifts and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Support after‑hours on‑call needs, including stock transport orders
• Complete cycle counts and maintain paperwork and quality notifications

• 1–3 years warehouse experience; ideally in an industrial or mining setting
• Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely
• Previous experience using a forklift (certification is an asset, training will be provided)
• Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel); SAP experience an asset
• Able to access any mine site without restrictions and travel to other mines in Ontario to support cycle counts
