Kinder Care is seeking a Lead Teacher in Illinois to guide and mentor young teachers while delivering our curriculum in a safe, engaging classroom. You will partner with families to support children's learning and growth, and help the center achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
The role requires 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience and a CDA or state qualifications; a Bachelor's in ECE is preferred. Illinois Smart Start grants may provide a 15% premium to eligible hourly staff.
