Full-time & Part-time Hours
Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent an Assisting Hands CHHA or Live-in caregiver, you’ll develop close relationships with your clients while assisting with:
- Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
- Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Range of motion/exercises
- Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)

Education:
High School Diploma/GED required. One (1) year experience in home or long-term care preferred. Current HHA license in good standing or we offer certification courses.
Primary Duties:- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment at the client’s residence
- Perform personal care activities as per Plan of Care
- Provide nutritional support and report changes in condition
- Assist with mobility devices and prescribed exercises
- Teach household routines, measure health metrics, and keep health records
- Assist with medication self-administration
- Follow infection control policies and agency procedures
Dependent on assignment; shifts available 24/7, based on availability. Hours are not guaranteed.
