Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury is an award-winning community in Tinton Falls, NJ offering assisted living and dementia care.

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The Business Office Director is responsible for all business and office management functions of the community. Key duties include billing, accounts receivable, payables, payroll, and human‑resources processes such as hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training compliance. As a valued member of the leadership team, the director sets a tone of professionalism and caring for residents, families, and staff.

Preferred Background
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
  • Three to five years of financial management experience, preferably in a senior‑living setting
  • Familiarity with monthly P&L and departmental spend management
  • Strong organization and follow‑through skills
  • Engaging verbal and written communication style
  • Good mentoring and coaching skills; ability to inspire and develop others
  • Proficient computer skills with all Windows applications and accounting systems
  • Experience with staff management, including hiring, training, and scheduling
