The Registered Nurse (RN) plans and delivers direct and indirect patient care through the process of nursing assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation and develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and staff, as necessary. The RN communicates changes in the patients’ care requirements with the physician, nursing director, and co‑workers and participates in the discharge planning process, as necessary.

• Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of NJ
• Long‑term care experience a plus
