Shift​/Charge Nurse – LVN​/LPN

Responsibilities

• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.
• Assist in scheduling caregivers and supervising medication program.
• Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians.
• Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and the team.
• Receive on‑the‑job training and have opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current license in good standing.

• State‑issued nursing license required.
• License must be current and in good standing.

• Hourly pay: $33.00 – $36.47
• Sign‑on bonus: $4,000
• Full‑time, entry level.
