Position Overview

Join Ralph Lauren Company as a Selling Supervisor to execute strategic plans, lead our store sales team, and drive profitable business outcomes. You will champion selling tools, coach and support staff, monitor sales metrics, and collaborate closely with store management to exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities
  • Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication, feedback, and recognition.
  • Drive team sales performance through coaching, development, and mentorship.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Model selling behaviors and lead by example to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Support training programs aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide feedback to Store Management on team performance and development needs.
  • Sell 50% of the time and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty.
  • Execute promotional activities and sales events.
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with Ralph Lauren and CEL standards.
  • Support customer concern processes and elevate issues to senior Management as required.
  • Champion new technology for New Ways of Selling and More Ways to Shop.
  • Communicate sales and profit performance tools to the store team.
  • Report product category opportunities and support store merchandising needs.
  • Support inventory control and maintain productivity standards.
  • Participate in recruitment and interviews as needed.
  • Supervise daily cash transactions, deposits, and register balancing.
  • Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and company policies.
  • Create an inclusive environment aligned with Ralph Lauren values and cultural focus areas.
Qualifications
  • Retail Supervisory or similar industry experience.
  • Fashion insights and awareness of industry trends (a plus).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office; work around and with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
  • Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co‑workers.
  • Possess and demonstrate business acumen.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
