Summary

Cashiers create welcoming customer experiences and provide a smooth, accurate checkout. They share product knowledge, support sales, and maintain Ralph Lauren's customer service and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and support cross-selling and upselling.
• Process transactions, returns, promotional offers, and Ship to Home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate sales data in the POS system.
• Keep the cash wrap and queue area clean and support visual merchandising standards.
• Complete training and collaborate with the store team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
