Operations Support Associate

The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor replenishment, and customer service as business needs require.

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, transfers, and replenishment while maintaining organized inventory.
• Support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Process transactions and maintain clean, welcoming sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom areas.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds, and maneuver throughout the store.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
