Brand Ambassador - Fitting Room

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps customers in the fitting room. This role supports sales goals, store standards, and a welcoming team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with fitting room sizing and needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives while supporting team sales plans.
• Share knowledge of fashion, styling, products, and customer programs.
• Maintain store standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and back of house; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties, trainings, and other operational tasks.
• Provide feedback to management and contribute to an inclusive, professional team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
