Summary
The Selling Supervisor is a member of the store leadership team, helping execute business plans, drive sales, and enhance the customer experience. This role coaches and supports sales associates while contributing to store operations and performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Coach, develop, and mentor team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, and communicate results to the team.
- Lead by example in selling, clienteling, customer service, and promotional activities.
- Support merchandising, inventory control, cash transactions, recruitment, training, and store compliance.
Requirements
- Retail supervisory experience or similar industry experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Business acumen and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of a retail environment.
