Provide welcoming customer service and support a smooth checkout experience in a retail environment. Process transactions accurately, share product knowledge, and help maintain store standards.
Responsibilities- Greet customers, answer inquiries, and support cross-selling and upselling.
- Process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and Ship to Home orders accurately.
- Maintain customer profiles and accurate salesperson data in the POS system.
- Keep the cash wrap and queue area clean and support visual merchandising standards.
- Complete required training and collaborate with the store team.
- Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Operate a register and remain standing, moving, or walking for multiple hours.
- Lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
