Engineering Lab Technology Co-op (Spring 2026)

Regal Rexnord invites applicants for the Engineering Lab Technology Co-op (Spring 2026) role. This co-op provides mechanical and/or electrical testing support during new component development and existing product performance improvement.

The Engineering Technology Co-op Student will work closely with engineering technicians and design engineers daily, participating in test setup, execution, data collection, and reporting.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform mechanical and electrical testing to support customer requests and inquiries.
• Execute concept validation, design qualification, and manufacturing validation testing, documenting results.
• Participate in reliability testing for new product development launch programs.
• Support product sustainability engineering and agency teams through test execution.
• Gain exposure to electrical and mechanical build‑ups and teardown processes.
• Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams.
• Complete onsite training, including safety, monthly lab, soldering, and equipment training.

• Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related engineering field.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Basic mechanical skills, hand‑tool aptitude, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and the ability to work toward prioritized action plans.
• GPA of 3.0 or above and a self‑directed, can‑do attitude.
