Location:

Tipp City, OH. Fully onsite contract position.

Provide on‑site desktop support for manufacturing plant hardware and office systems. Ensure reliable operation of desktops, network, printers, and industrial devices.

• Provide desktop support for all hardware on the manufacturing plant.
• Set up, configure, install, and maintain end‑user desktops and peripherals on the production line and in offices.
• Deliver technical support to production and office personnel on computers, phones, and printers.
• Implement and maintain network servers, including Active Directory accounts.
• Perform break/fix support for network, server, and end‑user devices.
• Support industrial printers and manage hardware inventory and e‑waste.
• Provide Windows 10 support and Mobile RF device / workstation PC support.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in a timely manner.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, crouch, stoop, and crawl.

• Work involves operation of personal computer equipment.
• May involve occasional stooping, crawling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs for network device installation.
• Must be able to climb ladder to reset wireless access points or access mezzanines and cat walks.
• Climb ladders up to 20‑25 ft, including built‑in ladders with cages.

Contract position. Pay range: $20.00 – $24.00 /hr.
