Tipp City, OH.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour + Incentives based on speed and quality of work.
Shift: 1st Shift 7 AM – 3:30 PM OR 3rd Shift 9 PM – 7 AM Monday – Thursday.

- Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on feet during shift.

- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Use power tools and various saws/drills to cut and assemble custom wood pallets/crates.
- Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
- Pack and label finished items for shipping or storage.
- Follow all safety rules and company policies.
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
- Report problems or delays to your supervisor.
- Help with general warehouse duties as needed.
