CNC Machinist

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Set tools, offsets, and machine parameters according to specifications
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
• Perform in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues as they arise
• Maintain machines, tools, and a clean, safe work area
• Follow company safety and quality procedures at all times
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high quality standards

• Experience operating and setting up CNC machines preferred
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• CNC programming experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
