Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirupati for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, developing training content and materials, conducting workshops, and facilitating learning sessions. The role will involve evaluating training outcomes, identifying skill gaps, and enhancing employee competencies through effective learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and/or online training in  Python, Java, C, or C++
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and training materials
Guide students through practical coding sessions and projects
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated with latest programming trends and technologies

Requirements:

Minimum  1+ year of experience in teaching/training
Strong knowledge in at least one:
Python / Java / C / C++
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
Passion for mentoring and student development.
