About the Role Sithafal Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented  UI/UX Designer  to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for web applications, mobile apps, and software products. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand user requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and deliver engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities  Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experiences.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams throughout the design process.
Ensure consistency across products by maintaining design systems and UI standards.
Apply mobile-first and responsive design principles to all designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Required

Skills & Qualifications  0–2 years of experience in UI/UX Design or a related role.
Proficiency in  Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop .
Strong understanding of  wire framing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design .
Knowledge of  responsive and mobile-first design principles .
Experience creating clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a user-focused design approach.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills  Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Understanding of accessibility and design best practices.
Familiarity with modern design trends and technologies.
